Orvis
I was contracted with Orvis, a brand that aims to inspire the world to love and protect the wonder in nature. My goal was to increase their brand awareness, credibility, and recruiting efforts. As a trusted guide, I understood the importance of elevating the brand's strongpoints across various channels. In the first month after the career site and branded content’s launch, over 11K+ new users visited the career site, and it’s still garnering the attention of new candidates.
With the aim to improve hiring initiatives, I worked on strengthening digital marketing, improving the site experience, and cultivating positive employee experiences on Indeed and Glassdoor. I conducted multiple interviews, focus groups, and an all-employee survey, which played a pivotal role in understanding and achieving these company objectives.
To build a purpose-driven community, we aimed to grow the “Orvis family” through shared passion points related to a genuine love for nature. We focused on inspiring content, shared adventures, and giving back as ways to improve employee engagement and social media following.
Throughout this journey, we measured success in terms of brand awareness, brand perceptions, and the impact on website traffic and retail perspectives. The experience gained with Orvis was truly transformative; I am proud to have helped a brand that is dedicated towards nature and inspiring others to do the same.
