As Social Media Strategist for Audrey & Bear (formerly Audrey's Bear and sub brand, Blush & Blue), I took on the exciting challenge of creating and maintaining brand guidelines for both the website and social media channels. With the primary objective to boost follower count and engagement, I implemented a multifaceted strategy to achieve these goals. The results were remarkable, with a 6% increase in Instagram followers within the first month of implementing these initiatives.
Regular social media analysis informed our approach, ensuring that our content resonated with the target audience. I orchestrated engaging giveaways, collaborated with influencers to extend reach, pitched captivating advertisements, and provided recommendations to enhance product exposure. Leveraging the growing popularity of Instagram Highlights, I crafted “behind-the-scenes” stories to showcase the CEO, stellar customer reviews, and the company's heartwarming work.
Authenticity was a cornerstone of our strategy, and I carefully curated a quirky mom persona for the brand. With this persona in mind, I maintained a social media calendar to strategically post content during optimal times for users and occasionally shared mom jokes or the joys of parenthood to resonate with our target audience. Working closely with a designated photographer, I also captured images that spoke directly to what our audience cared about most—their babies.
The notable growth was indicative of the strengthened connection between Audrey & Bear and the community. Through a strategic blend of engaging content, influencer collaboration, and a personalized brand voice, I elevated the brand's social media presence and product visibility.
